I don’t feel that the cold works as well as my earlier version
The heat works well but I use the cold much more frequently and most of the time the cold function on my new one is downright disappointing

I really like the idea of this and wanted it to work for my hot flashes but, sadly, it did not. I have small wrists and the size of it made it awkward to wear as well.

My hot flashes have disappeared

My hot flashes have disappeared using the sleep mode. I don’t need it during the day. It does overheat occasionally since it’s on for seven hours. I’d still recommend it. My friend bought one too.

Got it as a gift over Christmas and tried it out in the winter. I think the effect is quite subjective, as it sometimes works for me, sometimes not
