Love the upgrade

I owned the first wave. I’m actually happy it got lost as now the wave2 is much improved.
I love the new app settings. I have hot flashes, solved
My office is cold. I turn on comfort for an hour
I wake up in middle of night. No more up for hours. I put on fall asleep for an hour. Within 10 minutes I’m asleep. Only issue is I can’t wear it while charging ;)
I do wear it with my Apple Watch with long sleeves in winter so far only I know. See how warmer weather will work out
Suggestion:somehow make it hookable to the smartwatch band?

Hi, this is a replacement Wave 2 for me. I'm doing great, I didn't realize how much I missed my wave 2 and I'm so happy to be waving again. It really is true, you don't know how much you need something until it's gone.

Upgrade from Embr 1 to Embr 2

I upgraded from the embr 1 to the embr 2. This model is smaller and a bit more durable it seems. The heating element is smaller. I feel like it doesn’t get as warm as the last embr and sometimes cuts off when it’s in a session of at least feels like it is. The battery life is longer which is nice. The last embr last functionality quickly over the year. I’m curious to see how this one does. The benefit is Embr Wave is a great company and always works with you if there are mechanical errors by sending a new one or sending the pieces you need. If your band wears out or breaks they replace it. They are a great company to work with.

Love my Wave2!!

I am a huge fan and wear it daily, to help with multiple issues…. (embarrassing I will admit I get frustrated having to take it off when it needs to charge)
I had the original wave and enjoyed it and was extremely excited about the advancement in features, the new design and new look of Wave 2.
I lost my wave 2 while traveling over the summer. I couldn’t imagine not having the benefits. I definitely noticed differences between having it and not having it. I was fortunate to be able to buy a replacement over the holidays.

If you are debating it to help you with symptoms you’re experiencing, don’t hesitate get it. You will be glad you did.

Overly warm not menopausal use

I’ve always run a bit warmer than most people. After I had covid, I was running much warmer. I get very warm very easily and sometimes for no reason at all. I’m on 39. My husband bought the Embr Wave for me to help try and cool me down. So far, it’s ok. For me, when I use the cooling option, I feel I focus on the coolness and that in a way helps keep my brain from freaking out that it’s hot and then mentally helps me relax to cool off. It might even help with my anxiety in the same respect.

As I sat shivering in a restaurant while I was waiting for my hot coffee, a friend lent me her Embr. In a matter of seconds I stopped shivering. She rescued me again the following week in church. My husband asked me, "Does it really work for you?" I replied that sure does the trick for me. On Dec. 25 he presented me with Embr 2. He's a very smart man!

My friend raved about this device, and after I tried hers, i asked for one for my BD. Got it, and SO HAPPY with it!!!! It is sleek looking and easy to charge, but better than that, IT WORKS! If I'm hot, I push the cool button and after about 30 sec or a minute, I forget that I'm hot. Same with when I'm cold. When I'm feeling a little chilly, and push the hot button, after about 30 seconds to a minute, I forget I was hot. It is terrific for keeping me from my normal hot/cold/hot/cold cycle!!!!!
