I so wished this had

I so wished this had worked for me, but it doesn’t. I’ve had it on for over a month, so definitely gave it the full 30 days. I would return it, but it does state that if you’re not fully satisfied, return after five days. Well, how can they say try it for 30 days, but you can only return after 5 to get a refund! Please… I believe if you suffer mild hot flashes, it might be helpful, but for those of us like myself that suffer full on head to toe, sweaty, just stepped out the sauna, drenched, high voltage throughout your body! It doesn’t help at all! It works like a Jedi mind trick or a placebo. I feel the cooling on my wrist, but it’s not talking to the rest of my body. I give it a 0

I love this

I never thought this could really work. The Embr has changed my life. As long as I remember to push the button the second i feel a little different it stops the hot flash in it's tracks. This is really a miracle for me. I've had hot flashes since i turned 30. I'm now 57 1/2. I tried pills and had a mini TIA. Now I'm a free person. Thank you, Rhonda Murphy-Anderson

Still getting used to the Wave. Trying something new, only turning it on when I get a hot flash, and off when the flash is over.

Wanted it to work

I really, really wanted this Embr Wave 2 to work! I can't take hormones anymore so this was to be the replacement. It worked OK for hot flashes during the day, but didn't do the trick for the night sweats. I adjusted the intensity, but was still waking up every one to two hours because of the night sweats. I liked the fact when I engaged the device for a hot flash, I got an immediate COLD sensation on my wrist similar to ice cubes. It felt pretty good and did shorten the hot flash. The Embr Wave 2 was a little bulky and slightly difficult to keep in the correct spot on my wrist, until I got used to it.
I recommended this device to everyone I talked to, since everyone is different, it should work for most people. I am heartbroken to have to send it back. It just didn't keep the night sweats at bay so I could sleep.

I Can Finally Sleep Again!!

The Embr Wave 2 has literally saved my sleep. I’m post menopausal and the hot flashes would come all night long. I wear it when I go to bed, first I put it on fall asleep cool for 60 minutes while I’m watching TV, then I put it on all night cool eight hours and I do not wake up during the night with hot flashes anymore. I’m sleeping so much better, this is a miracle! The only issue I had, was I purchased another band for it, the leather like softer one and I was able to get one side off to put the new one on, but I couldn’t get the other side off, so I had to return to the original band. So if anyone has any tips on how to get the second part off that would be great, either way it’s amazing and I will never sleep without it. Thank you Embr Wave for saving my sleep!!!!

It's the best technology ever invented! My wife says it works like a charm and is finally able to get through the day and sleep at night. She says being able to stop the hot flashes by a click of a button is incredible!

It works. I use it for night sweats. I get a little more sleep. I love how it first starts with a coolness but sometimes at night when I wake up, I have to focus on my wrist to try to fall back asleep.
