Better than drugs for menopausal or anti-hormone cancer drug hot flashes. Effectively shortens the duration and intensity of hot flashes. It’s a life saver!

Has greatly improved my quality of life. Have suffered from acute hot flashes for past 10 years with nothing helping except hormones that I could only take for a short period of time. This watch has greatly diminished those hot flashes throughout the entire day and night. Thank you

Excellent produit, de très bonne qualité. Ça prend une période d’adaptation mais après plus de deux semaines à la porter la nuit, ça va très bien et ça améliore mes nuits. Moins de bouffées nocturnes et plus de sommeil de qualité.

When my hot flashes come on I turn on my Embr 2 and then within a minute or so the hot flash would then ease up and go away. I also used the warm setting when I went into a restaurant where their a/c was on and the Embr did help to warm me up. So, I say it does help on top of the hot summer weather that is going on in Ohio. I love it so far!!

Internet Access Required

I bought this for the main purpose of being able to go out and be able to be cooler, i.e. camping, off-roading, places without internet and then found out while I was out that it didn’t work. You have to be connected to select a mode from the app. Which is absolutely not right. It’s connect to bluetooth to your phone and it should just work. Paying almost 500 with warranty and accessories and have to be connected to the internet is not right.
I’m working on returning it.
