Hi. I feel the embr2 has been beneficial in decreasing the intensity and duration of my hot fashes during the day. It has not been as effective with the night time hot flashes. Not sure if I am hitting the button soon enough for the embr wave to be able to do its job.

Wearing it at night, for 2 weeks now, on the 8 hour cooling program has almost eliminated the "throw off all the covers" moments that were all too frequent. The lights are brighter than I expected so I was happy to see I could turn them off. So far, it's doing a great job of controlling hot flashes.

I LOVE my Ember Wave 2! I was hesitant to buy it at first due to the price, but the money back guarantee made me decide to give it a chance. I thought I’d probably use it more for hot flashes, but the warming sessions are great! Not only are they comforting, but they really help warm me up when I’m uncomfortably cold. The cooling sessions really help with the unexpected hot flashes. The Ember Wave 2 is easy to use and it’s sleek design makes it very comfortable to wear. The results are long lasting. Sometimes I do 2 sessions back to back, but I rarely need to do more than that. I’m extremely pleased with my Ember Wave 2 and will not be returning it - ever! It’s a life-changing accessory that I never want to go without again!

I do love my Embr Wave 2. The ability to cool myself off instantly when I experience a hot flash or night sweat is better than any supplement I have taken. The warming setting is amazing to help me fall asleep at night or to just relax me when I am stressed. The only things I would change is an automatic sensor of some sort when a hot flash or mainly night sweat hits. The look of the device is very sleek and nice but if a clock was added to it to disguise it that maybe nice.

Cool concept that I wish would have worked

I had hoped the Embr Wave was going to be a game changer for reducing severity of hot flashes (heat and how often). I even encouraged a friend to get one at the same time to give it a chance. Unfortunately it didn't help either of us and we'll be returning.

Device got warm in 9 hr mode

I got it to help with night sweats, and while it did work when it turned on as I first put it on, the device got very warm on my wrist overnight, defeating the whole purpose! :(
