My temperature tends to usually run on the cooler side, but then I’ll have moments of increased body temperature while doing certain activities such as sleeping or giving a work presentation. So I bought the Embr so I wouldn’t have to fuss as often with the thermostat to accommodate my fluctuations.
Since using it, it’s been much easier to achieve comfort without disrupting the comfort of those around me.
My only criticism is the band. It looks nice, but at night, it loosens and slides around my wrist quite a bit.

I was skeptical but bought it bc of the 30 day free trial. I sleep hot and work in a gym that alternates between being too cold and too hot. Honestly, I experienced benefits in the first few days but after about 2 weeks I was sold. It took that much time for me to figure out how to really make it work for me but now I tell everyone how great it is. I've never slept so well or just been comfortable throughout the day!

I think that the first Wave cooled much better and this charger is even touchier than the first one, the only upside is that the Wave 2 weighs less.

I am always cold and heard about Embr on a podcast and was intrigued. Definitely took a week to get acclimated to the Embr Wave 2 but once I did, very happy with it. I do not even realize I have it in at times but when I need it, I live that it is just a button away from warming or cooling. I really like that I could change the default time and temperature as well as open the app to warm or cool even longer. I wear it everywhere now from at work, working out, shopping - everywhere and it is always a topic of conversation.

I’ve only had my Wave2 for 2 days and I love it. I used to have night sweats every night and wake up drenched! Gross right!! The last 2 days its been amazing! Wake refreshed and no sweating! I can get warm too when I get a chill! Best purchase ever!!
