It gets too hot during the cooling function. The provided band isn’t working as well as when I first got it and I have only had it for a few weeks.

I was hoping that this would help with my bouts of sweating while I’m at work. It has helped some but not as much as I hoped. What it did help with, which I hadn’t even planned, was sleeping! The Bursts of cold are just what I need to regulate my body temperature at night and allow a great nights sleep. I love the app feature where I can adjust the temperature to make it colder. I got mine in the color black. Most people just assume that it’s a watch and don’t even ask about it. When they do ask, I am sure to tell them how much I love it. I can’t wait to use the warming feature now that it is getting cold.

This is an amazing tool. The customer service is outstanding and the product works wonders. You can warm yourself up or cool yourself down with pre-programmable modes. It charges quickly and is quality made. I use it to cool during a migraine and at night when I get hot. I live in a cold climate, so I use it during the day to stay warm.

Huge Improvement in Quality of Life

I have a condition that causes me to deal with dysautonomia and one of the biggest problems is having unbearable hot flashes that cause me to pour sweat so much that I can have to change my clothes 12 times a day. The Embr Wave 2 has really improved my quality of life! I am no longer helpless during these hot flashes. The Wave helps me to feel cooler and noticeably reduces the sweating. I also really appreciate that it charges so quickly because I use it very frequently. It has definitely been worth the investment!

I’m liking it so far, only had it for 2 weeks and use it mainly for sleeping. I get night sweats and let it run for about 8 hours. It seems to help , but it’s too early to really comment on anything else . Will keep using it to help with sleeping !

I use it for everything, I get cold easily so the bursts of warmth are great. I’ve also used it at night while sleeping!
