I’m constantly trying to keep this Amber Wave connected to my Bluetooth I follow all the steps to do this and nothing works it is so frustrating especially after spending all this money

I have owned both models of this device and it does not last. Stops working frequently. Haven’t even had one last a year before it needs replaced. Also ceramic plate cracks and chips with just general wear. The device it’s self is helpful but the quality is horrible for the price. Will be looking elsewhere for a temperature regulating product if this company doesn’t make changes. In the process of getting another one replaced yet again.

The basic functionality of hot-flash damping works, and on that basis I would have rated this a 5. However, of 2 different phones, and one Android pad, I've tried the app, only the pad worked to connect to the device (via Blue Tooth is the only option). Granted, both phones are fairly old (5 and 6 year-old LG models). But also, the brand new Android 13 pad has problems: It was able to connect once during initial setup, but now cannot. I've tried resetting and reinstalling, without success. So if you are after the advanced functions only available via the app, you may be out of luck For the basic functions that are available via the physical buttons on the device, then it works fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use to cry because I couldn't control my hot flashes. I didn't understand what was going on in my body. Embr Wave is a life saver! I love the way it feels on my arm. And the adjustable strap makes it so very comfortable to wear. I have been telling all my friends about it. And even some people i don't know. Some people still never heard of Embr Wave and when I show them how it works, they are amazed and said that they are going to purchase one for themselves. I am 100% satisfied with my Embr Wave 2 and the cute dock charger that makes it so convenient to charge. Thanks so very much!😊

I've been using my wave for several months now and I couldn't imagine life without it now. It's a game changer, it's great to know that something truly helps me without having to use meds! This has been so helpful and I've been recommending it to so many people because I truly believe in it's amazing technology. I've been using Embr Wave for several months now and I am greatful for the discreet relief I get for hot flashes. I demonstrate the device to all of my friends and they are totally amazed at the cooling effect it provides. I no longer have to grab fans or papers to fan myself like a hot fool.
