Works well. The multitude of options for settings was a little overwhelming at first. I have settled on about 3. I feel like the all day or all night options arent cold enough. I have them all the way up and it is great to keep me cool throughout the day, but when a big hot flashh comes, I need more. I'm happy so far.

Hey Stephanie, thanks for the feedback :-) Battery life can vary based on a lot of factors. If you're planning to use something like the 7- to 9-hour All Night mode, that's basically like a marathon for your Wave, so we recommend topping up the charge before and then after the session so you'll be ready for whatever comes next.
To make Embr Wave effective, we've prioritized cooling and warming power + small size + battery life, to get you as much thermal bang for your buck as possible in a lightweight wristband. That means some other functions might not have made the cut--but if there are some features you'd like to see added, please send us a message at embrlabs.com/contact. I have had my wave for 2 months now and I can’t express how happy I am with it I haven’t slept in years without waking in sweats. Since the wave I sleep soundly

I could not function without my Embr. I have to say when I first heard about Embr I was skeptical, but I was willing to try anything to stop the excessive sweating I experienced when I shopped, when I cooked, while sleeping, while taking a walk. It was so devastating I became so depressed. During these episodes my hair would soaked along with my face everywhere. It was so embarrassing and exhausting. Nothing helped until I received my Embr. At the beginning I thought this doesn't work but I kept wearing it and using it and soon I realized I could walk through a grocery store without becoming drenched with perspiration. It has changed my life. My husband noticed too it was working. I've told all my friends. My problem was not because of menopause. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus. To combat these 2 autoimmune illnesses I have to have chemo like drugs. One of the side effects of the meds I need to control these illnesses, because RA and Lupus are not curable only treatable, is excessive sweating. I am so glad I found Embr. Thank you so much.

Cannot support dual devices

Great product and so much so that I purchased a second one. The sensor side chipped on my first one but since it’s plastic and I was outside of my one year warranty l, I decided to purchase a new one in black this time. I decided that this would be perfect because now I’ll have a day and a night one but that’s not exactly true. The software for the app does not allow multiple devices which is a HUGE bummer and why I gave this a 3 star rating. I want to have a day one and a night one but due to the app making you remove the device every time you want to swap, this is a MAJOR inconvenience and the software needs updated to allow dual devices. Not to be used simultaneously but as a day vs night device.

We're so excited that you liked Embr Wave enough to buy it twice! While we don't currently have support for multiple devices on our roadmap, we're adding your review to our request list and will let you know if that changes. In the meantime, an easy workaround (especially if you're primarily using one Wave at night) it to program your two favorite sessions to the device buttons using the Preset feature in the app. That way you won't have to open the app to access those modes when using your second Wave. Pro tip: You can even program both buttons to activate cooling sessions or both to activate warming sessions!
