I absolutely love my Wave 2. I am the sort of person that always runs hot, which is great in the winter here in the NorthEast, but not so great in the summer. I have been using my Wave 2 for over a month and I really love it. First it's so simple to use and second, it really works. I am getting the best and most restful sleep ever, and I no longer wake up all sweaty. I also started using it when I need to calm down after a long day at work. In just 15 minutes I feel like I have been meditating for an hour. I am amazed at how something so small is so effective.

Such a cool idea, but unfortunately it hasn’t been helpful. I’ve given it a few months and while I feel the coolness on my wrist, it hasn’t helped my heat flashes that are associated with medication I take. I don’t even think I can return it, but I would try anything because the heat flashes trigger my migraines, and it just unfortunately just did not work for me. It’s pretty though!

I am an extreme case and likely need the future Embr SLEEVE, as opposed to the Embr Wave. I had high hopes that the Wave 2 would be a big improvement over the Wave 1 but unfortunately, I was left wanting.

I bought this for panic attacks and it works even better than I could have imagined. It’s so discrete for me to hit a button and have control over my temperature again. The hot settings can get very, very hot so you don’t need to max out the temperature there. But you have control over how cold or hot with 9 levels available. Very comfortable band that attaches with magnet so easy to put on and also easy to adjust. I have a very small wrist and it does fit me. But obviously has 100% adjustment for most sizes because of that design. I was honestly a little worried about price, if it didn’t do what it claimed it would do. But it was well worth the wait and the price.
It works well with the app so you can control several neat settings that do different lengths or phases of hot or cold, including longer ones for sleep. You can also control some things with button on device too. Tells you in corner of app how much charge is left. I like how quickly it connects to my phone too.
Literally life changing. I’m a functional person with panic attacks now. I have control back. Well worth every penny. Wish this was available years ago.
