I feel as though I'm still waiting for things to fully kick in. I'm in well three of wearing my embr wave 2 and I feel like sometimes it seems like my hot flashes are responding to the wave. There are also many times where I don't feel that my hot flashes are reacting at all to the wave. I'm going to complete a fourth week and if I still don't feel noticable results I will plan to return my embr wave 2 purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought mine last week and I am glad I did! Helps so much with my hot flashes and when I get overheated at work. Love that I can program it to my specific needs!! The all day cool and night sessions are my fa!

Works well. The multitude of options for settings was a little overwhelming at first. I have settled on about 3. I feel like the all day or all night options arent cold enough. I have them all the way up and it is great to keep me cool throughout the day, but when a big hot flashh comes, I need more. I'm happy so far.

If you're planning to use something like the 7- to 9-hour All Night mode, that's basically like a marathon for your Wave, so we recommend topping up the charge before and then after the session so you'll be ready for whatever comes next.
To make Embr Wave effective, we've prioritized cooling and warming power + small size + battery life, to get you as much thermal bang for your buck as possible in a lightweight wristband.
