I am sleeping thru the night with the cooling with the all night mode. And during the day, if I feel a hot flash starting, I press the button and it stops it before it gets to bad.

Overall, the Wave works well. I like the high settings. I usually have it set to a medium setting and that's comfortable for me. I haven't worn it outside on a super hot day yet to see if it affects my perceived body temperature yet though.

I have tried all the different setting. After 3 weeks of experimenting i found the best spot for embr. I wear it with button pointing to my hand. The embr sets better in the most sensitive spot. Here it helps with both heating and cooling. While don't get a big relief from the hot flashes. It makes me fill better to concentrate on the cool of embr rather than how hot I am.

Helps tremendously with my hot flashes! I purchased the black watch and I like the comfort of the watch. I like the wrist band as it holds secure to my wrist.

Great for my Disautonaumia!

I struggle with disautonomia and so my body can’t always properly regulate body temp. This has truly allowed me to upgrade my day to day life! I no longer become overwhelmed by bursts of heat or achy during cold. The sleep feature is my favorite as it allows me to sleep through the night without waking up sweaty or shivering. I’ve been quick to recommend this to all my friends who have similar struggles- this is my new favorite tool in my strive for wellness.
