I bought mine last week and I am glad I did! Helps so much with my hot flashes and when I get overheated at work. Love that I can program it to my specific needs!! The all day cool and night sessions are my fa!

Works well. The multitude of options for settings was a little overwhelming at first. I have settled on about 3. I feel like the all day or all night options arent cold enough. I have them all the way up and it is great to keep me cool throughout the day, but when a big hot flashh comes, I need more. I'm happy so far.

Oh no! Embr Wave has hardware and software safeguards in place to keep it from reaching temperatures that could burn skin, but of course, holding something warm to your face for an extended period could also potentially cause redness or discomfort, which isn't what we want for you. If you wouldn't mind sending over more info about what happened (e.g., you slept with your arm over your face for [x] hours while using [x] settings) we'd love to try to figure out what might've happened and how it can be avoided. I have had my wave for 2 months now and I can’t express how happy I am with it I haven’t slept in years without waking in sweats. Since the wave I sleep soundly

This works so much better than any drugs. IT is worth it. My dislikes are the band is awful. i find it constantly loose hanging and am forever repositioning. Truly wish it came in more colors i am not a fan of gold tones. Prefer silver.

Ridiculously expensive “bracelet”. My husband bought the Ember for me as I’ve been unable to regulate my body temperature for months. This was a hopeful purchase that it might actually help me as medications haven’t. It doesn’t work at all. The unit is functional, but does not cool me in any way. My daughter and niece both tried it on and said it felt weird and cool. I feel a slight cool spot directly under it but that doesn’t travel through the body. Complete waste of money!
