I really like this. It helps me more with temperature control far better than anything else. I recently bought a neck fan to wear. It was too loud so u couldn't hear well when talking or listening to something and it was annoying having that bulky thing around your neck. This is so much more comfortable and effective! The band is comfortable and its simply amazing how this works so effectively.

Was skeptical about whether or not this device would help with my hot flashes. To my surprise it not only helped me with my hot flashes but also helped me recover from being cold following a hot flash episode or from being cold due to weather conditions. I’m a believer. My sister suffers from an autoimmune condition that causes her to constantly remain cold even during warm weather. I recommended she try my Embr 2 device and she is now considering a purchase for herself. I like the app ability to set presets on the buttons and the ability to select a different session should the need arise to change things up.

Embr Wave 2 is a life changing product!

I have been using the Embr wave since the first iteration and I can tell you it has been living saving simply because I struggle to be able to control my body temperature due to a virus called Enterovirus that I have been fighting for more than a decade and this has been a life saver both during the day and at night when I am trying to cool down from being overheated due to my disease I really do love and use my Embr Wave 2 every single day and if they ever decide to make an Embr Wave 3 I will be purchasing that one day one as well!

I was extremely skeptical of the Embr wave at first, so I opted for the subscription version. This little device is AMAZING!! I use it to warm up in my office and help me fall asleep at the perfect temperature! I never want to give it up now.

It would be great if It could feel the temp of my body rising to cool faster but it's a neat gadget and works for the most part. The sleep heat is nice.

I bought this at the end of November, so I have almost had 3 full months of wearing it. I bought it for hot flashes/heat intolerance/hyperhidrosis. I have noticed a subtle improvement, but I was not using the app until today, so I did not know about the preset programs and the ability to adjust the cooling and heating temperatures while it is running. Looking forward to trying the hot flash program!
