Attractive Design

I do think the rounded style is less cumbersome. The app for the second generation is also more simplified than the previous one.
Although I purchased primarily for hot flashes I’ve found that I may like the warming sessions even more.

training tool for calmness

This is really a good tool to use mindfulness as to calm and concentrate on the cooling or warming affect. I have used both and as a menopausal woman like the cooling the best. I have a problem with the app download to m7y phone but you can adjust the temp as you like on the button you choose.

If I could write a song about my Wave 2, I would! I loved my original Wave and I still use it but for me the Wave 2 is more conducive towards my lifestyle. I find it more powerful and the charge seems to last forever. The placement of the buttons that control the temperature is fantastic. Brilliant just brilliant! Thank you for the hard work that went into developing it!

I have only used the cooling settings. I don’t think I will ever need the heating one because I’m always hot!!
It really works great, I was pretty skeptical of this, but it really works!!!
I have the Wave 2 in black.

Working with obstacles

I've been using the wave 2 for a couple of weeks and have really not noticed any improvement. I did speak with customer service who asked that I continue to use it as some people have taken longer to notice a difference. As for now I am still using it and hoping it helps. I do not like the band as I am very active at work and find it slips a lot. Otherwise the only issue I have is that it tends to get in the way with doing patient care. I hope it works well for everyone else.

I'm am thankful that it actually works. It works quickly to stop my hot flashes. It works steadily to cool me down over stretches of time. It definitely helps me ease into sleep and keep me comfortable. If I do get sweaty it's because I was slow to notice the hot flash had started. I have to remember to move it from wrist to wrist or up the wrist higher because the same area gets use to the cold and you don't feel it as strongly after awhile. I like wearing it all day but my little wrist feels the the heft of it so I am figuring out the times of day I don't need to use it as much so I can take it off and recharge too. It charges quickly enough. Sometimes it is slow to connect to my cell phone or not at all. Have to close it and open the app up again. One time had to add the device back into the app because why? I would suggest 4 pre-sets on the actual device next time. 2 is not enough for me. Sometimes I resent having to make contact by phone. Sometimes the phone acts up and your choices are down to 2 then. All in all- Thankful I took a chance on it because it works and life is easier better finer.
