Great battery life- Petite wristband

The battery life is great along with improved cooling and heating power while reducing the size of the thermal plate. However, I actually wearing the original Wave better. The wristband on Wave 2 is very narrow and looks like a women's wristband. Much narrower than the original that I prefer. I have average-sized wrists and it can be cumbersome getting on and off. So much, that I am leaning towards wearing the original and returning the Wave 2. :(

It looks beautiful but is, in my opinion, worse than Embr 1. I decided ti return it and keep using Embr 1, which is disappointing.

I'm so happy I updated to Embr Wave 2

Ember Wave 2 is much more streamlined and not as clunky-looking as Wave 1. I use mine for cooling during my daily walks and at night when I sleep.
I've had many comments on it from my group of friends. Several of them have tried mine on and are ordering one of their own.

I do think the rounded style is less cumbersome. The app for the second generation is also more simplified than the previous one.
Although I purchased primarily for hot flashes I’ve found that I may like the warming sessions even more.

training tool for calmness

This is really a good tool to use mindfulness as to calm and concentrate on the cooling or warming affect. I have used both and as a menopausal woman like the cooling the best. I have a problem with the app download to m7y phone but you can adjust the temp as you like on the button you choose.

If I could write a song about my Wave 2, I would! I loved my original Wave and I still use it but for me the Wave 2 is more conducive towards my lifestyle. I find it more powerful and the charge seems to last forever. The placement of the buttons that control the temperature is fantastic. Brilliant just brilliant! Thank you for the hard work that went into developing it!

I have only used the cooling settings. I don’t think I will ever need the heating one because I’m always hot!!
It really works great, I was pretty skeptical of this, but it really works!!!
