I can't live without my Embr Wave 2! I am a surgically induced menopausal breast cancer survivor of 4 years and my Embr Wave 2 is my lifesaver! It's my own personal thermostat and I never leave home without it! Even my husband reminds me if I don't have it on, he knows how much it helps me! I love the discreet style, most people think I am wearing a watch! I love being able to press the buttons and immediately cool down when I am having hot flashes or warm up if I have a cold chill. I have recommended it to so many friends! When I have a friend who is experiencing a temperature issue I let them try my Embr Wave 2 and they fall in love with it, just like me! I read the bad reviews and you really need to give it a try and make up your own mind! It works for me and all of those that I have recommended it to!

I have been enjoying my wave every evening. It is now part of my bedtime routine.
It starts with helping me relax with its cooling setting.

I feel like I have a friend helping me through my hot flashes

I get frequent hot flashes due to the cancer medication I take, and they are incredibly uncomfortable and negatively impact my sleep. I've tried everything, but Embr has been the best solution to my issue! When a hot flash comes on quickly, I activate my Embr and the discomfort is alleviated. I put it on night mode to get me through the night, and feel much more rested in the morning. Although hot flashes stink, I feel like Embr is with me to manage through them

I bought the embr wave 2 subscription a month ago and it helps me fall asleep quicker. I'm normally a night sweater but since I got it I've been waking up less at night and staying cool. It also helps when I am having bad anxiety. It helps me concentrate on the cooling then what's making me anxious or worried.
I would recommend this to a friend!
