Can you tell me if the wave 2 should be getting hot after the cool is on and the top of the wave is heating up? Is this normal?

Does not stop hot flashes

I purchased this for hot flash relief. I think it helps some, but does not stop the hot flashes. I believe it helps reduce the length of time of each hot flash, but does not reduce the frequency. I think the best thing it may be doing is to help me get back to sleep more quickly after the hot flash hits.
