Would like another phone consult

Would like another phone consult before I decide to keep it or not. I think it would work better for me if the cold sensation lasted longer without the pulse. Is this something that is in the works soon?

I have trouble with it

I have trouble with it staying cool. If I hit hot flash on phone it cools but I have to hit it a couple times. When I push buttons on embr it only cools for a few seconds then gets warm. It was very expensive so I do not feel like I should have issues with the way it’s working. When it cools for a few minutes it works good.

A lifesaver — I switch Embr’s cooling on when a hot flash fires up, go on about my business, and the flash evaporates. No sweat…literally.

Good, but needs some improvements.

I love the color and how it helps with hot flashes and night sweats.
However, it does get in the way of typing, and hand/arm resting on tables. It gets easily bumped and scratched. The magnet on band lost magnetism fairly quickly causing band to become loose very often.
As a side sleeper, it does bother somewhat, as I am right handed and mostly sleep on my right side.
Not sure if it’s waterproof, but that would be great if it were during hand washing and dishwashing.
Hopefully, these will be thought of and improved in future models for the charged price.

Has trouble connecting and when I choose 60mts cooling option; it doesn’t always work. Also, I preset buttons for extending cooling time; works 50% of the time. Good luck with this product.

I wanted to like this device but it has not been what I expected. First thing is, it should automatically start to cool once it senses that you are hot or having a hot flash. Secondly, if you are one that has a physical job the fear of losing the device is nerve-wracking. The magnetic band does not have a stong hold and is constantly loosing causing it to slip down to my hand. Thirdly, I have already scratched my device. There should be some type of protective case to go over the top like for smartwatches. Overall the device is ok but not worth the price.
