Helps manage hot flashes & anxiety

I bought my Ember wave 1.5 years ago. I suffer intense hot flashes coupled with lots of anxiety. I stumbled upon this gadget accidentally and it has been a game changer for managing my perimenopause symptoms. I primarily use the cooling features. I especially enjoy the All Night cooling session for controlling night sweats.

I have been using this a while, it is so much easier to use with the app. I sleep with this every night. I use the cooling feature. It stays cool for about 8-9 hours.

I love my amber Wave 2. Was skeptical at first but stuck with it. I encourage getting the comfort band. Much easier to keep in place.

Timely relief from hot flashes

Embr Wave 2 really works! When I recognize a hot flash coming on, it resolves quickly. The battery lasts longer than I would expect, seeing how much I use it, but I typically only need to charge it about once per week. Great product - will definitely purchase again when the time comes.

This product actually works... It has cut my hot flashes way down. I normally wake up with a damp shirt, and since wearing it(about 2weeks) I have woke up dry every morning. I am going to stop the over the counter pills which have given me a weak bladder. If I can stay off meds I do and I am so happy with the embrwave.

I am a happy user of the Device for two weeks.. It is a great relief at this stage of life. But since we expect great performance from every device, we must also mention the disadvantages: 1. short battery life. On the day when I returned late from the event, where the device did its job perfectly, at night it was already unable to work.. 2. One day the device disconnected from the application and it took some time to recover the connection with all its advantages. Since I live in Latvia in Europe, any technical problems seriously worry me. Because solving them would be time-consuming and complicated 3. It would be great if the device could show at least the clock...

Thanks for this feedback! Battery life can vary based on a lot of different factors, so if you have a long day and then also want to use the Wave at night, we recommend trying to sneak in a partial charge or two if you don't have time for a full charge before bedtime. We're always trying to optimize the things that are most important to users (powerful temperature, battery life, water resistance, size) which means some "nice to have" things (like a clock) didn't make the cut!

I received the Embr Wave 2 as a birthday gift about a month ago, and it has been a game-changer for dealing with the hot flashes that come with menopause. Hot flashes have been the worst part of my experience, but since using the Embr Wave, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. While I still experience some powerful flashes, the extreme sweating and discomfort have been greatly reduced. I also don’t need to use my fan nearly as much, and my sleep has improved because I’m not waking up from overheating. I’ve told everyone I know about it—too bad there’s no word-of-mouth reward program, because I’d definitely have earned one by now!

Better sleep and hot flash relief

I typically have 4-5 significant hot flashes per night that interfere with my sleep. Since I started using the Embr Wave 2 my body temperature is more consistent and I am sleeping better. My hot flashes are shortened throughout the day also at the touch of a button!
