This device has been a blessing for my Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Raynaud's disease. POTS causes me to get hot and it works wonders on cooking me down. I bought it back in August before going to Disney, I was the only one that stayed cool the whole time. I've been using it ever since! The Raynaud's disease makes me freeze so I love that I can have a hot and cold settings for those moments! Definitely helps me sleep better too!

Better sleep and hot flash relief

I typically have 4-5 significant hot flashes per night that interfere with my sleep. Since I started using the Embr Wave 2 my body temperature is more consistent and I am sleeping better. My hot flashes are shortened throughout the day also at the touch of a button!

It has done it's job. I have awful hotflashes. And my Embr works wonders. It sences when I'm hot and it starts to cool me down. So awesome. And when I get a chill the Embr Wave 2 takes the chill away. 😎
