Extremely Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer along with the matching refrigerator in February 2022. By February 2023 the ice maker had been replaced twice. It still doesn't work. Something inside the freezer will not let the water get to where it needs to be. Service people and plumbers have tried everything. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!

Whoever designed this new iteration of this fridge and freezer obviously never lived with the original. What’s with the tiny narrow bottom shelves that hold ONLY bottle of wine or Pelligrino??? On this model the interior shelves are so narrow I can barely fit half of the things I could fit in the old version. It literally angers me every time I open this fridge. The door shelves are half the size they were and barely hold anything. The last design was infinitely more practical. Thanks for putting the water dispenser in, but I’d rather have the old design instead.

I love the low-profile water and ice dispensers to keep the aesthetics of the appliances uniform with the rest of the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good, freezes food - sometimes ice maker works, often enough it doesn't - no biggie usually have to turn ice maker off for 24 hours and back on - seems to do the trick. Recently, control panel stopped lighting up, lights do not work inside and the ice maker when it comes on, pours water into the ice bucket. This appliance has only been installed for just over 2 years.... and they are not inexpensive units. Not overly impressed.

Our top priority is customer satisfaction, which is why it's very important for us to know if our product is meeting our customers' expectations. If your ice maker is not making enough ice, you can check the freezer control to see if it is set to too warm. Set the freezer control to a colder setting to improve the performance of the ice maker. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize. You can also check the fill cup and the tube at the back of the ice maker. If they are covered in ice, look for a blockage. If you see an obstruction, clean your refrigerator's water line. If that doesn't work, consider replacing the water fill tubes. Water gets to your ice maker from the main supply line in your house. If that line gets blocked, water won't be able to go into your ice maker. If you have particularly hard water, it may be that mineral deposits have created a blockage. Good fridge, could be a little quieter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big improvement over the 15 year old refrigerator it replaced. Very bright on the inside, making it easy to find items. Not as deep as our old fridge, but storage goes from top to bottom. As the storage goes all the way to the ground, be prepared to bend down to reach the lowest shelves and drawers (and be careful where you place your feet while opening the door!) The compressor is noisier than I expected when it's running - it sounds like it is causing something inside the fridge to rattle.

Good freezer, could use another shelf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is a huge improvement over the 15 year old freezer it replaced. Quiet, bright, with a storage area from top to bottom. Given the length of the storage area, the middle is a little awkward and could use another shelf for better organization.
