Great - but mysterious issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had it professionally installed (along with the fridge) and we LOVE the look and LOVE the features. However, there is one mysterious issue I cannot get to the bottom of - the freezer "frosts" up (ices up) all over the inside at least twice per day so when you open it up it's entirely covered in "snow" (well, frost). Then, mysteriously, when you close the freezer door and come back several hours later it's all cleared up. BUT IT KEEPS COMING BACK AGAIN . Arrrgghhh.
I've turned the ice maker off (the freezer is not connected to the water line so at first, as the ice maker was turned on be default I assumed it was sucking humid outside in air). But, that didn't work. I've also checked the rubber door seal but I don't see anything obviously wrong with it.
Does anyone know what the issue may be? Is it designed to do this (our old freezer didn't)?
Anyway - overall we are very happy. I just need to figure out this issue.

Do Not Buy

My post keeps getting moderated out. So I can’t give details. However the freezer has been making a loud creaking noise randomly and the compressor randomly is extremely loud for hour+ at a time. See video.

Would give a Zero!

Do NOT BUY! Purchased Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator that wa delivered on 11/22/2023. Froze vegetables and dairy spoiled before expirationrom. Temps ranged from 50 degrees to 26 degrees. Multiple service calls scheduled for 9 hr windows. Could not fix. REFUSE TO REFUND and product is still less than 90 days old. Calls to Frigidaire often will tell you to call back another time due to high volume of calls. If you do get to stay on line expect at least 30 minutes on hold. Worst company I have dealt with in my 55 years!

Beautiful and Functional!

We got the refrigerator and freezer (twins) set about a week ago and absolutely love it. Had to share a review for anyone else considering these for their kitchen. TL;DR? Buy them and thank me later.
First, they are gorgeous in our new kitchen. (We're about 90% done with a complete kitchen remodel.) Even though we've only had them a week, every single friend that has walked into our kitchen over that time immediately first comments on the Twins. They make a heck of a visual statement in the room. Beautiful design, clean lines, perfect fit with the trim kit. They are beautiful.
Second, you can tell they are built to last. The doors have an amazingly strong/sturdy feel when you open them. (A neighbor commented on this specifically yesterday.)
Third, there are great features throughout the unit. The settings are a digital touch configuration that disappears until you touch them (see video). The produce drawer has a filter that absorbs the gases from produce that make them ripen and spoil faster so that your produce stays crisp and fresh longer. Sliding drawer makes low items easy to reach without stooping at all. The water dispenser is tucked neatly inside the unit and pops out with the touch of a finger to literally accommodate ANY size glass or reusable water bottle. And the filtration system that captures smells actually works. We had some decently pungent takeout leftovers in it for the first three days we owned it and you would never know it. It was quite impressive.
We're glad these capped off our new kitchen. Best decision ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had both the single door fridge and freezer for 7 months now and they’ve been nothing but problems. Compressor went on the fridge, when the new one came it didn’t work either. Ice maker on the freezer hasn’t worked for more than a week at a time. Freezer has defrosted completely on two occasions and we have a replacement door on the way now. Now the freezer has started leaking and has destroyed our new hardwood floor. These aren’t worth your trouble. You can’t just replace them down the road when your warranty runs out because of their unique dimensions.

Can't remove demo mode!

My fridge somehow went into demo mode few days ago, and I can't get it out of it! It's not cooling and the food gets spoiled! Please help me ASAP and help me get the fridge out of the demo mode! No word in the manual about that mode.

the noisy rattle continues
