Buyer Beware

Do not purchase this refrigerator because it does not stay cool. My panel says the temperature is between 33-37 degrees but the temperature gauge I placed in it says it ranges from 50-65. The panel has been changed and it still does not stay cool. I have had issues with mine since I purchased it. Now the back wall gets ice on it. This product is expensive and you pay for the appearance, but unfortunately it is very poor quality.

Unrepairable ice machine leaks and you won't know until your floor is ruined

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same issue here as many others. Ice machine leak ruined kitchen flooring. Licensed repair sourced through Frigidaire site says it's a design flaw. Invoice says "This is not repairable. The fill tube is foamed into place from manufacturing."

Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this 'professional' refrigerator for only 3 years and it is rusting at the bottom inside the refrigerator. Have never in my 48 years seen this happen. POOR QUALITY.

This is certainly not the quality we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration. Stainless steel contains chromium, which reacts with the oxygen in the air to form a protective film on the surface of stainless steel. This can occur in areas that have salt in the air. This protective layer prevents stainless steel from rusting or oxidizing in the traditional sense of red oxide flaking off the steel. If you do see a rust-like texture forming on your stainless steel, it is most likely iron particles or contaminants on the surface. If you have surface oxidation on your appliance or your product, you may want to clean it with hot and soapy water or use a cleaner such as a stainless-steel cleaning polish and conditioner, which some of our consumers have used and found very helpful.

Junk Junk Junk

BE WARNED!! I too read all the reviews and ignored them. I wanted that large built in look. The appliance shop that sold them to me wouldn’t even install the upright fridge, upright freezer and trim kit. I had to call another appliance shop to install. Less than 5 years in and the refrigerator quit. Junk junk junk.

Great new features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded from the older model to this new model. This thing is a beast in such a good way! Things to love: 1) looks amazing, 2) drawers galore, 3) enough room for family of 7, 4) water dispenser is a great addition, 5) bottom shelf slides for easy access. My favorite new feature is the water dispenser that can be pushed in when not in use.

Modern and functional

Amazing space and fridge room with lots of storage and drawers. Water filler is very convenient and helpful for filling water bottles. Shelves on door can be rearranged as well to fit different size bottles. Nice sleek design and modern look. Fits well in our family home.

clicking noise

It is so loud that it wakes us up at night. We had a repairman come out and said it would need a new compressor, but they have no idea when it will arrive. They think about 6 months. Frigidaire, please help us with this problem.
