Purchasing online without site or touch can sometimes be less than expected however this product was more than expected. Less industrial and more home like than I thought I was getting. Love them both.

No more digging to the back of the frig to find what you need. The water dispenser is quick and easy to use. I have no negative things to say about this appliance.
