Happy but wanting more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the soft freeze drawer. Ice cream is soft enough to scoop but not so soft it's mush. I wish it had an additional shelf so I could really use the freezing space.

My New Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful inside and out. Much bigger than my old one. Lots of new features. My old one lasted(very similar model) 18 years. Bought it in 2006 and worked well until compressor went up. Hope this new one lasts longer. Bright lights make it easy to see everything. My only con is the compartments at the bottom are small and hard for an older person to get to. The crisper is in the middle which is nice. This refrigerator is much taller than my old model and I had a custom made cabinet made for its size. Now have to have my whole cabinet redone. But we like the refrigerator because it is so bright and quiet.

Good but be sure drawers are installed correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer seems good but two of three drawers were not installed correctly. Felt like you were going to break the plastic tabs if forced to seat in slide. Installer came out and fixed the issue with some difficulty.

Low Confidence but Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerators style, everything you need with a clean appearance. Unfortunately I had to have the first one replaced in just the first 30 days. Makes me unsure about how long the replacement will last and if the freezer will be an issue. Worrying if your extremely expensive appliances will break every time you go in the refrigerator or freezer is making ownership stressful. I can only hope that the feeling goes away with each passing problem free month.

Love the redesign
