Overall very satisfied with the Freezer!

Freezers fine but load buzzing noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our units 3 months ago. It freezers great and has tons of space but we’ve had to have it serviced once for a load buzzing noise you can hear across the house. This sound since has reoccurred.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The twins set look and function great! My only issue is that there are two small waves in the stainless that you can only see in certain light. We should have noticed during the install. We contacted the dealer but have gotten no where.

replacement freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a Kenmore freezer which died. I like that the ice maker is mid compartment so one can easily get needed ice. I think the door shelves are a bit shallower than my old freezer. The door shelves are used for items we want to get to quickly (i.e. frozen meals) in stead of digging through he full depth shelves.

Great but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the interior and exterior of this unit. It is running well with one exception. There is a strange “clunk” when the compressor cycles off. At least that’s what I think is happening. I’m dreading the call I have to make for service because the units were just installed 2 weeks ago after waiting over a year for them. I kept thinking it would stop doing it but it’s actually gotten louder over the past few days…

What is Not to Love

Love the location of the ice cube maker (on a lower shelf) and that it comes with a ice scoop. Also, the size of the ice cubes are perfect (not too big or too small). The handle for the door is designed well.
