Love the amount of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited for forever for this to come back in stock! Sad to report the bottom drawer arrived broken and the top shelf tends to freeze items. Since they are so popular there isn’t an estimate of when to expect a replacement drawer door, which is literally detached and we have to prop it up on an angle to keep good in there.

Clanking Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned for about 1 month. Having a clanking sound emitting from door area of refrigerator that lasts about 15 min, two or three times a day. We can push Chill Boost button and it stops. Only possible explanation in trouble-shooting guide is check to make sure unit is level. Brought back installer and he re-leveled.....but sound continues.

Great unit but has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the unit 3 weeks ago. Looks great and plenty of storage. Interior is well designed and lit. Issues are that under normal running it is not quiet and after 2 days it has started making a very loud rattle noise when the pump switches off. We hopefully have a service tech coming out to look at it soon so we will see if he can fix the rattle noise.
I would recommend to register the unit straight after purchase as I think that this helped me in getting a tech out quickly.
I would have given this a higher rating if it wasn't for the issue we had straight out of the box.

Great...but not what we originally ordered :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works great, has some nice features and is almost exactly what we wanted. However, we originally ordered the same refrigerator with the glass door and then 2 months after our order.....Frigidaire stopped making the glass door option. We were told that due to demand of this size and all refrigerator they couldn't keep up on production of both doors, so the glass door was discontinued. We are so disappointed. This refrigerator is specifically for our Butlers Pantry/Bar Area and just for beverages. The glass doors were key to our design and since our cabinets were custom made for the size of the refrigerator we had to take the solid door. It's a great fridge and works very well. We just really wanted the glass door. I'm really hoping maybe they decide to make the glass door again soon and it might be interchangeable and we could just order the glass door. Please Frigidaire?????
