Great potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator cools beautifully and I love the organization of the shelves and drawers. Unfortunately it sounds like an airplane taking off when the compressor comes on. We have owned it for 3 weeks and are having the repair person for the second time already. Hopefully they can fix it this time or we will request a new unit.

Hi, trose27! Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. It is normal to hear a popping or cracking sound when the compressor comes on as metal parts under- go expansion and contraction, as in hot water pipes.
You may also, experience a bubbling or gurgling sound from the refrigerant circulating throughout the system.

Demo mode

seems to be a common issue but got this fridge on dec 23rd after waiting for 18 months. it is somehow in demo mode and no cooling. nothing in the manual provides information on how to get it off demo mode. all the food is going to spoil. how do you know this is a problem and there are photos showing demo mode in the manual yet it doesn't mention it at all. this is really unacceptable.

Brand new doesn’t work

Brand new. Doesn’t get cold. Repair person came out. Had to order parts. Possibly six months out on parts. Garbage product. Retailer (Morrison) doesn’t have a replacement.

Poor performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is aesthetically pleasing but poor in performance. The coils on the bottom back keep frosting over. I've had it a little over a month and had to defrost the ice buildup in the fridge 3 times. I called ant the advice was to turn the temperature up in the fridge and it still froze up. There is something wrong with the design that this keeps occurring.

Avoid at all cost

First 3 comments were moderated out. Maybe the 4th one will make it. 8 months of disappointment and 3 replacement fridges. Do not buy and avoid at all cost. Over 15 visits from company provided repair persons.

Inefficient use of space and lacks shelving

Purchased the counter-depth refrigerator during a kitchen remodel. The fridge comes with only two shelves for the upper section which spans approximately 32". Items had to be stacked on top of each other and then very awkward attempting to remove an item. I purchased 3 small hanging drawers and an extra shelf in an attempt to make the fridge more functional. For the price, the fridge should come with the proper number of shelves and drawers.
