Beautiful freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very nice freezer, we also purchased the fridge. Overall the units were easy to install and most of the trim kit was easy. The water line to connect both units was a bit tricky to install.

Extremely unhappy.

Terrible fridge

Buyer beware. Will stop working on you. Mine came from the manufacture with a slow leak in the system. Was repaired a year ago. Broke again and is now deemed unrepairable. Will need to replace the set, also is in a built in cabinet. I had a 6 year warranty, now will need to spend many many thousands of dollars to remedy.

Unreliable Quality and Bad Business Practices

*edited because Frigidaire doesn't like honest reviews. Remember, your opinion only matters if it's positive. Don't buy Frigidaire. This fridge broke within 6 months, and that is apparently very common.

Terrible Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator came with a broken water line. Got that fixed and then 10 months later it stops working completely and the issue is unrepairable. So much for the "Professional" line. A terrible fail by Frigidaire and Electrolux, I would stay far away from their products. *Photo is a picture of our dead, useless fridge that this family of 5 can't use.

Less than 2 months old and not cooling and service says call back only during office hours

My fridge is less than 2 months old and is not cooling. You can not get service in office hours. It’s Sunday morning on a three day weekend and I’m told to call back during office hours? There is zero way to get service if something happens not M-F 8am to 8 pm. Unbelievable

It's a LEMON - Control Board replaced twice, UI Board and Temp Sensor!!

This fridge ONLY looks nice. It has been a complete NIGHTMARE! We purchased it when our home was built in 2019. We have had issues with it FREEZING our food multiple times. It ends up being a total loss. The repair company replaced the Main Control Board and the Temperature Sensor in 11/2022 and now 5/2023 it's not staying COOL (56+) and the repair company now said the Main Control Board & the User Interface Board need to be replaced!! The fan runs 100% of the time. Is it reasonable to expect a consumer to spend 100s of dollars every 6 months for an appliance?? It's a LEMON and needs to be replaced by Frigidaire! Stand behind your products.

Not Great

Let me start by saying it looks great and the internal components work great! However, it came with a faulty hinge, 2 weeks ago, 1 week after delivery, my 11 year old went to open the refrigerator and it came off the hinge landed on him, hit the corner of the island and now we have a huge dent in the door and a top hinge that does not work. After waiting 1 year and 24 days for this refrigerator, we are disappointed!
