don't buy it !!

I bought my house new in oct. of 2021. the refrigerator/ freezer was already here. I have had 3 new refrigerators and the freezer compressor replaced twice. Frigidaire has sent a repairman to my home 22 times since dec. 2021.

Excellent Decision!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new fridge couldn’t be better! The new handle design over our previous professional model is much sturdier and is easier to grab. When opening the door, closing it and then needing to grab something else, there is no longer a vacuum lock like our previous Frigidaire Professional. This is great so you don’t need to jerk or feel like you’re getting a workout to reopen the door. The lighting is great and there is plenty of well laid out storage with the adjustable bins in the door. We also love the inset water dispenser as it is completely non-intrusive. All in all, we couldn’t be happier!

Awful products

If they are nothing like the models before these good luck getting 4 years out of them! Purchased the fridge #FPRU19F8RF and freezer for our new build and costume cabinets. Disaster is the best way to describe the products. Go online and see the countless others like myself that are shipping for a replacement 4.5 years later.

Extremely unhappy.

Terrible fridge

Buyer beware. Will stop working on you. Mine came from the manufacture with a slow leak in the system. Was repaired a year ago. Broke again and is now deemed unrepairable. Will need to replace the set, also is in a built in cabinet. I had a 6 year warranty, now will need to spend many many thousands of dollars to remedy.

Unreliable Quality and Bad Business Practices

*edited because Frigidaire doesn't like honest reviews. Remember, your opinion only matters if it's positive. Don't buy Frigidaire. This fridge broke within 6 months, and that is apparently very common.
