Replacement Refrigerator works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the refrigerator and freezer last year for our remodel. When we went to install in May 2023 the refrigerator would not work as it had no coolant. We contacted Electrolux after we found out what the issue was and they tried to get the part, but eventually ended up sending us a new refrigerator. We love all of the space and the look of the refrigerator and freezer.

New Freezer already having issues- shaking entire house have video

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s making ice which is a lovely thing compared to the last one that stopped a few months into ownership. Now the replacement is making some crazy vibrations just a few weeks in that has us very worried and frustrated since it wakes us up.

These are some type of noise that may hear and considered as normal; Snapping/Clicking-Electronic Control & Automatic Defrost Control-These parts can produce a snapping or clicking sound when turning parts of the cooling system on and off, or activating a defrost cycle. Evaporator Fans-You may hear air being forced through the refrigerator by the evaporator fans. Condenser Fan-You may hear air being forced through the condenser by the fan. Condenser-May create minimal sounds from forced air. Humming / Pulsating-The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound.
