Great value and functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 33" Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator is great value and has all the functionality and features of the top-end competitor refrigerators. You truly appreciate the small design features and functions of the unit. Shelves and storage bins are well organized and provide easy access and are tailored for your convenience and storage of produce and goods, The water dispenser is on the inside rather than the outside as in some other competitor models. However, it is easy to use and provides filtered water that is cooled to the same temperature as the setting on the refrigerator. The overall product is sleek and stylish. I have it paired with a 33"Frigidaire Freezer that is mirrored by its twin. They are joined together with a Frigidaire trim kit. I only wish that the units came with a kit to panel the exteriors of the units to fully blend it into the kitchen setting.

Unfortunately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our Frigidaire in Nov 22, it was wonderful for a few weeks. Then the bottom of my fridge started freezing everything and the top was warm. Lots a ton of food over the holidays and the part is delayed for 6 weeks. Very upset with what we spent on these appliances.

Great fridge - broken water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we love the fridge unit - super spacious yet compact so it fits nicely in the smaller sized nook in our kitchen. However, the water dispenser arrived broken dispensing water into the interior fridge instead of thru dispenser. Part is on order for repair but still disappointing given the cost.

Ice maker leak issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the unit is nice but since plugging it in, I have had issues with the ice maker leaking causing water to drain down along the left side of the inner wall building up an ice dam. Additionally, the water gets into the bottom rail system not allowing the drawer to fill close and cause issues. The slide also has issues opening fully.

Get the freezer out of the garage or basement!

My one request in the whole redesign was to separate the fridge and freezer. I love the freezer so much. It makes TONS of ice. It has a soft freeze drawer for ice cream and frozen yogurt. Where has the soft freeze drawer been all our lives. It provides so much storage. I will never be a garage freezer person again.

Good idea, poor quality

The freezer has the wrong control board in it so the ice maker goes by work, and the fridge keeps showing a power alarm. I love the size, look and layout, but I’m not happy with the quality. AJ Madison has been responsive and they say Frigidaire will make it right but we’ll see.
