Came broken.

Bought 2 of these fridges for work and the
temperature panel inside is broken for one of them. The company we purchased it from sent a repair person but the delays for the service and getting the new part has been lengthy. 5 weeks and still no repair. Very disappointed. Shouldn’t there be quality control before the fridge leaves the factory?

Broke after ONE WEEK - computer fried - No one will call me back

Don’t purchase this unit!

I waited a year to get the unit. The refrigerator didn’t work. A second one was delivered and worked unit it was installed and framed up. Now it doesn’t work. Waiting to see what can be done about it. Again without a refrigerator!

Too cold or too wRm

We’ve had our refrigerator for 2 weeks. When set at 35 degrees everything freezes. I bought a thermometer to check the inside temperature and it was 22 degrees when fridge thermometer stated 35. We’ve been playing with it but still haven’t got a good temperature. It’s either 40 when set at 37 or 22 when set at 35. Right now I would not recommend this refrigerator.

Do not buy

Fridge went into demo mode and the manual has nothing in it about that mode!! How can you not have how to turn on and off the demo mode when it is displayed in the picture in the manual!!!! Lost all our food thanks for putting out a product that does not work properly. Contractor told me not to get fridgeaire but I didn't listen. I would not recommend

Rattles Non-Stop -- No One will do anything to fix it

AWFUL, will NEVER buy another Frigidaire appliance. This refrigerator has been rattling nonstop since installation and no one will address it until it fully breaks because it has a trim kit on it.

not cooling

So I like to say that it started Thanksgiving 2021 when my refrigerator took a turn for what I call a downward spiral RUNNING HOT NOT COOLING Since then I have had 3 companies that were recommended by Frigidaire in my house to fix the unit 6 months now they have changed everything, compressor, mother board and today the evaporator and its sill not COOLING.
It's the commercial set freezer and refrig. All I have to say don't buy FRIGIDAIRE!!!!!!!

Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This experience is the worst we have experienced in a purchase. We are in the forth replacement of this product. First was it wouldn’t cool, second, the water filter leaked, third, the same problem, the water filter leaking. We are waiting on a forth replacement! Plus now our new freezer has stopped making ice. This has been the worst purchase ever. Your quality control is none existent!
