Soft freeze

After using my internal water dispenser, I have a water leaked it pours out from the bottom.

Looks good, a lot of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited a very long time for this Freezer. It took about a year for us to get it. Freezer seems to work very well. There’s a lot of space inside your freezer. It feels like runs quietly well. Feels like it makes us a little on the slower side but since I am at your freezer to meet us for a while I may just be expecting too much. My son has already scratched it by dragging a magnetic across the surface (was driving a car across the freezer door) so disappointed there. I don’t know if that was because the outside material softer than normal.

Beautiful and Functional!

We got the refrigerator and freezer (twins) set about a week ago and absolutely love it. You'll have to forgive the fact that we don't have a lot in our freezer yet because it's only been a few days, but I had to go ahead and share a review for anyone else considering these for their kitchen. TL;DR? Buy them and thank me later!

First, they are gorgeous in our new kitchen. (We're about 90% done with a complete kitchen remodel.) Even though we've only had them a week, every single friend that has walked into our kitchen over that time immediately first comments on the Twins. They make a heck of a visual statement in the room. Beautiful design, clean lines, perfect fit with the trim kit. They are beautiful.

Second, you can tell they are built to last. The doors have an amazingly strong/sturdy feel when you open them. (A neighbor commented on this specifically yesterday.)

Third, there are great features throughout the unit. The settings are a digital touch configuration that disappears until you touch them (see video). The soft freeze drawer ACTUALLY WORKS perfectly. We have four kids and have a regular "ice cream" night where we scoop ice cream flavors and have tons of toppings options. Normally, we have to leave the ice cream out for 10-15 minutes before you can even think about scooping it out. We pulled the ice cream out on our 3rd night with the freezer and it scooped perfectly and immediately! There are tons of configuration options for the door shelves both in terms of height and dividers across each shelf (see video). The ice drawer actually slides out and comes with a scoop, which is nice because I have 4 kids and they all had to use their grubby hands to grab ice in our old unit. And there's a ton of space, as you can see by how empty ours looks despite the multiple boxes of family sized frozen waffles. (Did I mention we're in the middle of a long remodel?!) :)

We're glad these capped off our new kitchen. Best decision ever!

The produce drawer has a filter that absorbs the gases from produce that make them ripen and spoil faster so that your produce stays crisp and fresh longer. Sliding drawer makes low items easy to reach without stooping at all. The water dispenser is tucked neatly inside the unit and pops out with the touch of a finger to literally accommodate ANY size glass or reusable water bottle. And the filtration system that captures smells actually works. We had some decently pungent takeout leftovers in it for the first three days we owned it and you would never know it. It was quite impressive.

We're glad these capped off our new kitchen. Best decision ever!

Great freezer with so much storage

We have had the previous set for almost 4 years and have loved it and were just as excited to get the updated version. This fridge/freezer combo is unbeatable for storage and a show stopper when people come to our house. Everyone comments on how amazing it looks and the storage capacity. We have three small boys now, but I know as they grow we will be so grateful to have this space to store all the food to feed three hungry boys constantly. A few features that I love are the filtered water dispenser in the fridge, the soft freeze drawer in the freezer, and the ice maker with double bins to store extra ice. It’s so great for entertaining to be able to have all that ice.

The only disappointment I had is in comparison to the old model. The old model had significantly more storage solutions that aren’t an option with this new model. The freezer had 3 separate storage drawers and a fold out drawer in the door. This was clutch for organization. The fridge has the same amount of drawers but the bottom one previously was much larger with bucket inserts that were amazing for separating your fruits and veggies and also the storage solutions in the door have changed. Previously they were wider and could fit 2 rows of condiments in each, while these are less interchangeable and much slimmer. It also previously had fold out drawers in the door that I loved and are no longer an option. These complaints are only a negative when I am comparing them to the old model of this fridge. In comparison to any other fridge I have owned, this is still far superior.
