Best purchase ever for a large family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Frigidaire single door freezer. I “ twinned” it with the Frigidaire single door refrigerator., and couldn’t be happier! They LOOK amazing, have so much space, and aren’t super deep, so nothing is lost in the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 11 years, we decided to upgrade to the latest version of this set. Oh the improvements they have made! We like the redesign of the handles for starters. When you open the freeezer, the real excitement starts. It appears as if there is a total redesign of the interior making even better use of the space. The lighting alone is an incredible improvement. I’m one of those who loves a new appliance. This one is over the top and a statement piece!

Forced to Replace due to Refrigerator failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was forced to buy this freezer because I had to replace its broken partner refrigerator that could not be fixed after multiple service calls. The newer models do not match the older model exterior style. Spent over $9000 for the 2 new units including new trim kit (old one would not fit) and installation. My old freezer now lives in the garage. This freezer is more modern and I like the new handle style which feels sturdier to grip and hopefully won’t loosen up like the old ones did. The pull out ice drawer with scoop is also a nice upgrade, as is the soft freeze drawer for ice cream. The plastic bins on the door are great but I’ve noticed that the heavier the items on the door the more it seems to weigh it down and creates a rubbing noise on the bottom hinge when opened and closed. On a whole, I’m happy with it and hope it lasts longer than my original purchase did. If either one of these units fail in the near future I will opt to purchase a refrigerator/freezer combo unit and rework my cabinetry around it.
