We like the redesign of the handles for starters. When you open the freeezer, the real excitement starts. It appears as if there is a total redesign of the interior making even better use of the space. The lighting alone is an incredible improvement. I’m one of those who loves a new appliance. This one is over the top and a statement piece!

Forced to Replace due to Refrigerator failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was forced to buy this freezer because I had to replace its broken partner refrigerator that could not be fixed after multiple service calls. The newer models do not match the older model exterior style. Spent over $9000 for the 2 new units including new trim kit (old one would not fit) and installation. My old freezer now lives in the garage. This freezer is more modern and I like the new handle style which feels sturdier to grip and hopefully won’t loosen up like the old ones did. The pull out ice drawer with scoop is also a nice upgrade, as is the soft freeze drawer for ice cream. The plastic bins on the door are great but I’ve noticed that the heavier the items on the door the more it seems to weigh it down and creates a rubbing noise on the bottom hinge when opened and closed. On a whole, I’m happy with it and hope it lasts longer than my original purchase did. If either one of these units fail in the near future I will opt to purchase a refrigerator/freezer combo unit and rework my cabinetry around it.

The shelves are not properly sized for the rails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had my beautiful fridge and freezer set installed. Beautiful, HOWEVER the first time I tried to change the height of a shelf, it would not go back on the rails. I had my builder do it, and he had to use a screwdriver to jam the hook from the shelf into the rail, because the hooks from the shelves were set wider than the rails. How disappointing that I will not be able to move the shelves around whenever I want to move them!

Best Freezer - Large Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neighbor bought this the Frigidaire Twin Pro Series and I had to have it too. I have had it just a few weeks and love it. The Freezer looks amazing and has the largest capacity and best layout I have seen in a high end freezer. This looks like the JennAir and Subzero line for much less but in my opinion has greater functionality and looks. I had cabinets built around it. Love Freezer is very spacious. I love the double ice make drawers. On side makes ice and you can switch the drawers, so the icemaker continues produce ice. The freezer is a smart freezer and alerts you to power outages or if the temperature in the freezer is too warm. I love the large bins on the inside of the door. Much larger than any I have had before. Great purchase and looks amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fridge/freezer combo is lux without the lux price. The interior is functional and stylish. The freezer makes tons of ice and I like the added water bottle filler on the fridge side. Delivery was quick. Since installation was booked out three months, we decided to install ourselves and it was no problem. Directions are easy to follow.
