Sleek looking and practical

Finally got a replacement that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this fridge Sept 9, 2020 for our home being built and got it April 2021. It didn't work since the day it was installed - and I mean didn't work AT ALL! A repairman from 100 miles away was sent to repair & couldn't get parts after a month of waiting.
Finally, in June we were given the fridge our local dealer was supposed to put in for their display model.

Not deep enough

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is great. Plenty of room, makes and stores plenty of ice.
The only 2 things I would change:
1. The ice cubes are about the size of nickels. Some like the small cubes, I feel like they melt too fast.
2. The finish on the doors. Although I appreciate a fingerprint resistant stainless steel (has a film on in) I would rather that it matched the trim kit which is standard stainless.

Great refrigerator, with a few minor issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator and freezer are great, but we’ve had a few minor issues.
1. One of the refrigerator drawers doesn’t close all the way. We’ve checked to make sure there is nothing blocking it and it just doesn’t want to close completely.
2. We have a very slight popping noise when we open the refrigerator door. Not a huge deal as we bought the extended warranty if it worsens.
3. The sheen of the stainless steel doesn’t match the trim kit. The doors have a film on then to help prevent fingerprints so naturally the sheen is a little more dull and than a standard stainless appliance. The trim kit is as shiny as stainless steel gets.
We waited a long time for our unit to come in. At the end of the day, we are happy with it.
