Single Door Mod. FPRU19F8WF Water Leak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed separate single door refrigerator and matching single door freezer in our new kitchen. Within 4 weeks a factory water line at the refrigerator water valve cracked 1” in length on the extrados of a factory bend. Water leaked for almost two days until we returned home. A large area of our newly installed white oak hardwood will need to be replaced due to water damage. It was straight forward to repair during a service call; but it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting on the Warranty company to contact me concerning my flooring. Sadly, while the fridge & freezer look sharp, the plastic drawers and metal frame are so thin as to be flimsy. This is not as robust a product as the ones we purchased 10 years ago at another home. We all love profit, but back it up with a quality product. If problems occur, then promptly address them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the freezer that is paired with the refrigerator. I like the ice cream draw and the two trays for ice cubes. I like the bright interior lights. Two things to improve - legs improve with smooth sliders will scratch floor if not extended and add water filter to remove kit to attach to refrigerator. Can use external T plug holes to attach to single wall outlet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator runs quiet and although is bigger slightly thean the older model it replaces, it has less drawers. In addition, the extra couple inches is size means the trim kit will not fit as per the older model nor will the new one fit in the old trim kit. The refrigerator looks nice a sleek, however, the plastic parts, especially around the water filter seems a little flimsy.
