Great space but ice maker does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting for delivery of the unit for 3 months after we moved in, we love the unit but hate the fact that the ice maker does not work. We also are shocked that we can’t even have someone come try to fix it for over a month!

Long Wait, Great Except for...

Just totally caught off guard that a water dispenser in a refrigerator dispenses room tempertaure water. My old unit in the basement which cost 1/4 the price gives me cold water. Really Frigidaire????? At this price point????? VERY disillusioned....

Let me start by saying it looks great and the internal components work great! However, it came with a faulty hinge, 2 weeks ago, 1 week after delivery, my 11 year old went to open the refrigerator and it came off the hinge landed on him, hit the corner of the island and now we have a huge dent in the door and a top hinge that does not work. After waiting 1 year and 24 days for this refrigerator, we are disappointed!
