Excellent Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pairs very well with single door matching refrigerator. Tons of freezer space - nothing gets lost since the lightening is extremely will placed and in many locations. We absolutely love the soft drawer for ice cream - it is so nice to be able to scoop out ice cream easily. We thought we would miss an external ice dispenser but it is actually quicker to just fill a glass or picture from the sliding drawer. Very sturdy shelves and drawers. We did purchase several additional dividers for the door bins for better organization.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited a very long time to receive our new fridge and freezer (due to pandemic delays). Fortunately we're very happy with both. The units are both shallow, which does reduce available space a bit, but the large overall size makes up for it, and I find things are less likely to get lost in the back of the unit. Finally, the dual-bin ice maker is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has a lot of space. Do not like the water dispenser because have to open the door every time. The light on the top get's hot because of opening and closing of the door.

Looks Great, Sounds Like a Locomotive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this new appliance two weeks ago and were delighted to get it after a long wait. It looks elegant and keeps things cold like it should so it's doing its job. The interior layout is good and serviceable. Having had a previous generation of this product we note enhancements in the electronics, a nice big ice maker tray and plenty of good space along with a more elegant interior. No complaints on any of this. The one issue we have is that the appliance is extremely loud in some part of its cycle. There is obviously something out of balance in the compressor or it is improperly damped. It shakes the cabinets four feet away! To be fair, we haven't asked Frigidaire to address this yet because we are still trying to work out delivery issues with the local dealer before putting in a service request. We made a regrettable choice with the dealer. On a separate note, we purchased the freezer and companion fridge over seven months before they were delivered. We also purchased a trim kit which is still not here. I'm not sure why this is delayed but suspect it has more to do with the dealer than the manufacturer. I'm assuming Frigidaire will address the noise issue but give it four stars for letting this get through QC.

Striking Look, ergonomics tbd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the new fridge for two weeks and am delighted to have after having waited many months. We're still struggling to resolve some delivery issues with the local retailer. That interface has been a nightmare but that's not Frigidaire's fault. We had a previous generation of this appliance, paired with the companion freezer, at a previous home and loved it. The newer model is more elegant, has enhanced electronics and looks great. Frankly, we found the older model more ergonomically suited to our use but we're giving the new model some time to get used to a different layout, etc. Maybe we'll find it fine in the longer run. All in all, satisfied.
