Professional freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one we’ve owned because the first one after 18 months stopped working. 13 repair visits and 10 months later with no operable freezer and out of “warranty” we had to buy a new one. It’s unfortunate that the models changed because the refrigerator and freezer don’t match in our 60k kitchen renovation and we were NOT buying a new refrigerator to replace a perfectly operable one. Our contractor had to design a way to affix the trim and align the 3 year old refrigerator model and new freezer. Hopefully, this one will last a lot longer.

Has it's issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit looks absolutely beautiful but it has issues, the biggest so far is that the water spi ket inside the unit, does not click back k into place easily. It is suppose to link back.in after holding for 3 seconds, that does not work, it usually takes several hours before you can push it back in and it stay.

Too cold or too wRm

We’ve had our refrigerator for 2 weeks. When set at 35 degrees everything freezes. I bought a thermometer to check the inside temperature and it was 22 degrees when fridge thermometer stated 35. We’ve been playing with it but still haven’t got a good temperature. It’s either 40 when set at 37 or 22 when set at 35. Right now I would not recommend this refrigerator.
