Demo mode

seems to be a common issue but got this fridge on dec 23rd after waiting for 18 months. it is somehow in demo mode and no cooling. nothing in the manual provides information on how to get it off demo mode. all the food is going to spoil. how do you know this is a problem and there are photos showing demo mode in the manual yet it doesn't mention it at all. this is really unacceptable.

Great pair

They perform as advertised and provide plenty of room for our needs. When we sold one of the homes, the refrigerator/freezer was a very well received item by the buyer as these are getting very hard to get due to popularity.

Do not buy

Fridge went into demo mode and the manual has nothing in it about that mode!! How can you not have how to turn on and off the demo mode when it is displayed in the picture in the manual!!!! Lost all our food thanks for putting out a product that does not work properly. Contractor told me not to get fridgeaire but I didn't listen. I would not recommend

Freezer is Awesome

So I had to wait almost 17 months for this, but I had already committed and the kitchen dimensions were set. However the wait is worth it. If you want space and visibility this is it. the width and shorter depth means nothing is lost and buried for all time.
Buy the leveling/ joining kit as it makes them one unit and more stable. if they are recessed and close to each other you will want this. Easy to install if you use tools, if not hire someone as it can take time to get it level and secured.
