Less than 2 months old and not cooling and service says call back only during office hours

My fridge is less than 2 months old and is not cooling. You can not get service in office hours. It’s Sunday morning on a three day weekend and I’m told to call back during office hours? There is zero way to get service if something happens not M-F 8am to 8 pm. Unbelievable

Door won't seal

I love the look and size of this unit BUT the door doesn't close 75% of the time. I have to give it a little extra nudge to make sure it closes and the unit keeps "walking back" because of this. I am very frustrated with this issue and wondered if anyone else had this problem as well?

Hi, Deders!
From your description, it sounds like the refrigerator may not be properly leveled. If the appliance is not leveled during installation, the door may be misaligned or have trouble closing and sealing properly. Try placing a level on the top of your fridge at different angles to ensure it is even and not tilted forwards and ensure all four feet are firmly on the floor. Leveling instructions are included on pages 9 and 10 of your Owner's Manual at the following link: https://na2.electroluxmedia.com/Original/Electrolux/Electrolux%20Assets/Document/Complete%20Owners%20Guide/English/A16366505en.pdf.

LOVE this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older model of this fridge. While the Cu Ft is the same, the new model is laid out so much better than the one we had. It provides much more usable space. The lighting is amazing and we love the water dispenser, which our older model did not have. I would highly recommend!

My Frigidaire Professional Single Door Freezer with twining kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After careful consideration, we were set to order the Gallery series of the single door 19 cu ft refrigerator and freezer. Wham, the pandemic hits and every unit is sold out. All the while, Frigidaire was planning this version in the Professional series. We live in a rural area where stocking food is important. We also had to take into consideration the power outages we incur every summer and winter that would create a load on a backup generator. These have been extremely energy efficient as well as very quiet. Love It!!

Wham, the pandemic hits and every unit is sold out. All the while, Frigidaire was planning this version in the Professional series. We live in a rural area where stocking food is important. We also had to take into consideration the power outages we incur every summer and winter that would create a load on a backup generator. These have been extremely energy efficient as well as very quiet. The only item I miss is the butter compartment that came on the Gallery version. Other than that, love it!!
