[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item looks real good. I've had mine for over one year. I had problems with a loud vibration noise after two weeks. Numerous repair attempts (4 or 5) and the noise keeps returning. I've requested a replacement/new freezer, Frigidaire refuses to replace it. I was required to purchase an extended warranty to ensure the freezer keeps getting serviced. If you looking for a good looking noise free freezer look elsewhere.

Convenience and style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice to have a larger space to make organization easier. I wish there was a lip on the shelves to prevent items from falling off. Also, if the water access was available on the outside you wouldn’t have to open the door and evacuate the cold.

great look

This is my second purchase of the frig/freezer, but I do prefer the deeper inside shelves over the newer model with more door space. Its alot more complicated to put together then the first model I bought over 15yrs ago. Im sure this will will make me just as happy with my purchase for years to come.

Very Dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is brand new and cannot make ice and the light does not work. We have tried to get it repaired under warranty but we are being told the part needed is not available and there is no date when it might come in. Very frustrating.
