Full fridge all day every day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Frigidaire Professional full fridge. Our previous one had to stay behind in the old house we sold (owned it for 2 yrs, with zero problems!). I loved all the space it offered so much, it was a no brainer to buy it again for our new house. The current one is the newer model, with water filter (previous one didn’t have the option) and is also a little bit shallower making it true counter depth. If you look at the picture, you can see the comparison of space. Buy it and you will not regret it! As for not having a freezer, we didn’t have the space in the kitchen to put a side by side, so for our previous house we came up with a solution to put a standup fridge in the garage. I had no problem with it, my husband didn’t like it too much. So for this new house/kitchen, I order a small 7cu chest freezer that fits in one of our hallway closets that will be turned into our pantry. For those that don’t have that as an option, our other idea was to buy an under the counter freezer (for the ice cream, ice cubs, and such smaller items you would want easily accessible). We still have a big freezer in the garage for all the big stuff. Because in all honesty, most of the fridge/freezer combos do not offer enough freezer space anyway - and one would end up with another sole freezer somewhere else in the house regardless. Might as well maximize your daily fridge space ;)

Demo Mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions should be included in the owner’s manual and the owner’s manual online should be updated to include instructions on how to exit demo mode. We almost lost an entire fridge of food because the fridge was somehow put into demo mode and we didn’t realize until we noted condensation on the food, especially since you have to press the settings wheel on the touch panel to see the actual temp of fridge. We were going in and out of the fridge without realizing it had been shifted to demo mode. The lights were on but the fridge was not keeping the food to the right temperature. There are no online forums or YouTube videos that address this but here is the info. Luckily, we found the right salesman that happened to have it written down somewhere:

Freezer FPFU19F8WF - Hold ice maker and minus for 10 seconds

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to remodel our kitchen and as much as we loved our 20 yr old sub zero, it just wasn’t big enough. We decided on the 33 inch column fridge and 33 inch column freezer. The space is great except for the crisper. I wish it were bigger. We love our fresh fruits and veggies and the drawer just doesn’t hold much.

not cooling

So I like to say that it started Thanksgiving 2021 when my refrigerator took a turn for what I call a downward spiral RUNNING HOT NOT COOLING Since then I have had 3 companies that were recommended by Frigidaire in my house to fix the unit 6 months now they have changed everything, compressor, mother board and today the evaporator and its sill not COOLING.
It's the commercial set freezer and refrig. All I have to say don't buy FRIGIDAIRE!!!!!!!

Freezer went out 3 months after purchase

Freezer went out 3 months after purchase. They sent a repair person out and they said they fixed it. 7 months same issue. Called for support and warranty was out. I will not buy another Frigidaire or Electrolux product again.
