Perfect for our family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3 hungry little boys and the traditional fridge/freezer combo just wasn't cutting it. We needed more fridge! Especially with easy access for their little hands. This does just that. Yes, it could do with another shelf and I think in time we'll buy one, but for now we're figuring out our best layout. We opted against the trim kit, hoping our kitchen installers can make something more bespoke, but the more flush to the cabinets design is just what we were looking for, at arguably a decent price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Frigidaire Professional Freezer was installed a little over three weeks ago, and it is nice to have ice cream and ice again! Our previous Frigidaire Professional Freezer went out in May of this year, after running for about 11 years. Due to the mixed reviews of the current model, we shopped around for other options, but returned to Frigidaire's Professional line and have been quite pleased.

Quiet and well laid out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far all is well. The only issue was the electrical plug. I had to move my electrical outlet to accommodate the non flat plug. Follow the unpacking instructions. The Blue Tape is very hard to remove when it gets cold!

PROBLEMS Less than one week old

The freezer turns on and a few hours later turns off. A buzzer letting you know the power is off sounds at least 3-4 times daily. Someone from Frigidaire came to repair it and said there was nothing wrong with it. WRONG. Very frustrating.

Lots of space but a few flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is roomy and lights are well placed, so it fits plenty of food but still easy to find things. The in-door water dispenser is a great feature. It could use a deli drawer and a butter or other indoor drawer. Finally, mine arrived with 2 defective parts and I’ve been having problems getting resolution from Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My side by side refrigerator and freezer are great, love the size, the only issue we are having is the compressor motor it off balance and vibrates the refrigerator badly, like a washer that is off balance.
