Big Beautiful Paper Weight

Refrigerator stopped cooling after 6 months. Have had 5 different repair appointments by warranty company. Each time they have not received the part. Two parts failed: the screen/controller and the condenser. The condenser is noted to be on backorder multiple times. Cheap mini-fridge is a much better, but less attractive appliance

Nice fridge

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than a month after purchasing the pair of appliances ( refrigerator and freezer), the refrigerator quit cooling. Rather than replacing the unit outright, we were scheduled for a repair visit a week later. We had to throw away a lot of groceries. When the repair man finally looks at i, we’ll find out how long it takes to get parts and the unit working again r replaced.

Looks awesome

Fridge installed less a month ago in new house. Moved in 2 weeks ago. kept drinks in it till we Loaded it with groceries, next morning high temp going off. All food spoiled. Called store, Guy came out 3 days later, said its a sealed system and they don't work on them. currently waiting on another repair man. Frigidaire says food lose is not covered...

Only lasted 3 months

I’ve been without a refrigerator for weeks waiting for parts. Only worked for 3 months then lost Freon and compressor went out. It’s a nice looking unit but at the moment I wouldn’t recommend. I guess you get what your pay for. Also have freezer and it fluctuates in temp from 0 to 20 degrees, I’m waiting for it to go out next.

faulty connection

panel welded incompletely; the metal and copper not welded completely together so the coolant leaked out. System was leaking for a long time to the point where the refrigerator will not function as a unit properly again because the length of time the leak happened. Both units, fridge/freezer faulty

Still a struggle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased both the fridge and freezer units in Sept 2020 and the units arrived in April 2021. We have had issues with a loud humming from the freezer and a faulty compressor on the fridge. After 5 service tech visits and 2 unit install and uninstall activities, we are still struggling with compressor noise and the loud humming hasn't been fixed. These units are beautiful and functional, but not sure if it's worth the start up struggle.
