[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brand new ice machined never worked. Your technician came out to repair it and said that it should work now. It never worked. We have no ice, even after repair.

It's DANGEROUS

It's ok. But two MAJOR flaws: the small drawer falls out onto your feet when you try to pull it out - we've been to the urgent care twice with foot injuries.
and TWO: The DAMNED Freezer door is SHARP and sticks out way to far. When you get things out of the fridge below the freezer, it's hard to get out of its way, the design is so bad. and today, for the hundredth time since we got it, someone got hit on the head very badly - we're on the way to Urgent Care again. If this one is bad, the company will be hearing about it. We're also going to complain to our state attorney general's office on this: products this unsafe shouldn't be sold.
