Lovely Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for less than 6 months, the water dispenser has never worked. Air Filter already needs replaced and the LED lights blew out. Cant replace them...need to call certified technician to do so.
Love the look....but a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent freezer. We don't need the ice maker, but the ice bins make good storage containers inside the freezer. I wish the dealer we purchased this set from knew more about the freezer and matching refrigerator. I found out later that there is a water kit so you can run the filtered water from the refrigerator to the ice maker inside the freezer. Our dealer didn't know that and used a tee on the water valve instead. No filtered ice.

High end look at affordable price

Good and So-so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had a mixed experience with our Fridge(s), but ultimately happy with the end product. First off, it looks great and we couldn't be happier with that aspect. That being said, we are on our second unit. The first unit, the water line connecting the filter was broke upon delivery. No big deal, their warranty department fixed it next day. It worked fine for a few weeks and then we noticed that it would go into some sort of thaw cycle where it would blow hot air. An hour later it would be back to blowing cold air. This happened five time and we decided we couldn't trust the current unit. Spoke to the company we bought it from and they agreed to replace the entire unit. The second unit we received has been great and has had no issues thus far.
