The shelves are not properly sized for the rails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had my beautiful fridge and freezer set installed. Beautiful, HOWEVER the first time I tried to change the height of a shelf, it would not go back on the rails. I had my builder do it, and he had to use a screwdriver to jam the hook from the shelf into the rail, because the hooks from the shelves were set wider than the rails. How disappointing that I will not be able to move the shelves around whenever I want to move them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good freezer, however I have one issue in that the door on freezer is extremely difficult to open because of suction. This issue is ever present regardless of when the door was last opened.
