The good, the bad, not ugly.

Waited 10 months for this big unit. It’s lovely, works well, and fits everything we need. That’s the good.
The bad is that the water line from filter to dispenser was cracked. Service guy came out quickly to diagnose and order a replacement part. It arrived also cracked. Newest line should be installed in a couple of days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator and freezer combo and I am really happy with the units. Installation along with the trim kit was very easy for a DIYer with some caveats. The units must be placed on the back to attach the wheel assembly. This requires about 7 ft of space in front of the location where it is to be placed. If you have a galley kitchen, you might not have enough room. Since the wheels move only back and forth and do not spin, if you do not have enough space, you might need to assemble the wheels elsewhere and move it in with a hand truck. Not recommended but if you are careful it is doable. Also if you want to connect a water supply line for water or ice and the pipe is flush with the wall, you might not be able to push the unit back to be at counter depth. There is a Youtube video that shows the install process.
Once installed, there was a humming noise from the freezer for a few minutes, but both units have been very quiet since then.
The shelving is adjustable and high quality, I think better than the high end units costing twice as much.

Beautiful contemporary design and with the trim kit creates that beautiful "built in" look. Technology driven for quality with one Pur water filter and two air filters.... one of which keeps you produce in the select drawer fresh for days longer. The door and shelf storage along with incredible lights from the top and sides allows you to scan and locate everything in seconds. Could not be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Part of a single refrigerator/single freezer side by side duo that combines topnotch technology, elegant contemporary design, and user friendly function. With the trim kit they have that sought after "built in" look that catches your eye when you walk into the kitchen. We just love the ice maker in a mid-level drawer along with the door and shelf system that is incredibly illuminated by the interior lighting. I'd say for the value, its the best side by side on the market!
