[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed freezer in Dec. Have yet to get the ice maker working. Wish it had wheels on the back for easier installation and pulling out to work on it.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! The automatic ice maker will not make ice in the first 24 hours of operation, but after temperatures have settled it should begin producing about 4.5 lbs a day. Please ensure the ice maker is turned on and has access to water! Further tips are included on page 22 of your Owner's Manual. If you need additional help, please reach out to us by Live Chat or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience.

Leaking water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my fridge was installed we noticed water coming out from the bottom of the fridge whenever the water dispenser was used. I informed the company we purchased it from back in September of 2022. I am still waiting for parts to come in and have the lower tubing unit replaced for the water dispenser.
