Zero Stars-Very Disappointed

This is my second Frigidaire Professional Upright Freezer, and the quality has gone down! This second one is barely two years old and already malfunctioning. In November, we started having trouble. After the door was closed, the seal was so tight that we had to wait at least 15 minutes before we could open the freezer again. The repair call took 2 months to be completed. Immediately after this issue was resolved, but then the seal was too loose, so everything inside the freezer was frosted (it looked like an ice cave in Alaska). Só then another repair call and eventually the gasket was declared defective. It was replaced two times, with no success and eventually they had to replace the entire door. Obvious concern at this point is the fact that the freezer has been working with an inadequate seal for over 5 months, so massive accelerated wear and tear without even considering the increased consumption of electricity ($$$$). The repair was completed three days ago, and now there is an error code on the control panel. Thank goodness we had extended warranty, because the Frigidaire manufacturer’s warranty is clearly not adequate for what has proven to be a sub standard appliance! And they call it the Professional series…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy this freezer, after 2 years they just told me its un repairable and I have to buy a new one. What a waste of money
